We scan your site before and after. If the second scan doesn't show the improvement we described, tell us within 30 days and we refund you in full — you keep the report and every fix we made. We would rather lose a fee than argue about whether the work landed.
Why one price instead of tiers?
Because the work is the same for almost every small business site. Tiers would exist to make the middle one look reasonable, not because the job genuinely differs. One number is easier for you to evaluate and easier for us to honour.
What if my site needs more work than usual?
It's still $99. If a site is so unusual that the fixes genuinely don't apply — a single-page site with no CMS, say — we tell you before taking payment.
What if the score barely moves?
The second scan is the receipt. If we haven't meaningfully improved what we said we would, we refund you. That's what the 30-day window is for.
Do you handle multiple sites?
Yes — it's $99 per site. If you run an agency or manage more than five, email us and we'll work something out.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice after the report, once you have seen exactly what needs doing. Nothing is charged before you have the report in hand.
